  • Consultation and Introduction via video call.

  • Lifestyle audit to determine time available for training.

  • Training Peaks Basic Account setup or if applicable Training Peaks Account Audit.

  • Initial setting of specific training zones. (heart and power) 

  • Regular review of training zones to ensure accuracy for training.

  • Daily email with training requirement.

  • Individually tailored training plan delivered on a week to week up to 2 week basis.

  • Training log and data files reviewed weekly, feedback is given via Training Peaks and any necessary changes are made.

  • Training Peaks app available for training software allowing you to view your training on the go and add comments.

  • Your personalised workouts linked to & accessed on ZWIFT if applicable.

  • Invite and discounted rates to Espresso Cycle Coaching training camps if applicable.

Event 
*In addition to Sport

  • Bi-Weekly meeting  (phone or video) for a more in depth discussion and analysis of previous workouts and events, upcoming workouts and events including tactics, nutrition, pacing & equipment advice.

  • WK05 software used for a more in depth data analysis on strengths and limiters.

  • Extra support & motivation; helping to keep you on track.
